Picked up my 2009 Mazda 3 GT Sport from Westowne Mazda today and the process was painless and friendly. The sales staff Karina and Ali were friendly and easy to deal with. The sales process was low/no pressure. Asked me what car I was looking for, let me test drive the car multiple times, let me have the car inspected by an independent mechanic (even drove the car to the shop for me) and came to a price with just a couple of counter offers.

I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly buy another car from them.

After I picked up the car I drove straight to Mazda of Toronto to see Joe who hooked me up with some winter alloys and other stuff with our club discount. Nice guy to deal with and was quick to get back to me with pricing/availability. Highly recommend dealing with him for OEM parts.

So far the jump from Honda to Mazda has been painless :D
