What ALC level do you use?

Just found about how the alc changes with vehile speed. there 7 levels which one is best you think? i heard level 3 is

I have it turned off. It only distorts when I get to a higher speed. I have steering wheel controls if I need to turn up the volume yet don't feel like reaching for the head unit controls.

just added a sub, and find it just messes with the bass, distorts and really isnt much use
but to each their own

Mine is off. Did not like it at all.

Gimme back my Mute button instead. More useful.

I set it to 1. I don't usually listen to music that loud anyway so there isn't a distortion issue. However, it's nice when the volume goes up a bit when you go faster and the engine and misc noises kick in.
