80-90 will do. Just keep them all the same.

I have heard this recommended before. What is the reason for this? Do you have to retorque every 100km afterwards also?

Every time you remove the wheels or install new wheels, it is recommended to re-torque the wheels after ~100KM to ensure all the bolts made solid thread contact, and none have come loose.

The re-torque after 100KM came about maily from the installation of brand new aluminum wheels. The tightening stretched the Aluminum bolt holes just a bit and it was advised to re-torque.

I re-torque every time I change my wheels and find that the lugs do actually move a small amount. Generally after that first re-torque, they don't move anymore when re-checking.
