Are any of you running plastidipped wheels as part of your summer setup?

2 of my Tenzo Type M 18" are curbed, and being the poor newly wed, i can't afford to fix them or refinish them lol

So just wanted to know if anyone is running/going to be running and how they might hold up

Thanks

yeah just plastidipped my rims for the summer time, so far so good, but only had them on for about two weeks

why not find the closest color to it and paint the curbed area?

If you want to refinish them anyway, might as well paint them. More options and a better quality finish.

Im pretty sure he said he couldn't afford to refinish them at the moment.

I think if plastidip can hold up through the winter, summer should be no problem!

I rather not rattle can them, as at some point i would like to get them refinished and back to original condition (or close to it) if possible.

It's also not so close to match to a standard rattle can colour as the face is machined black, like a silver lathed look

how hard is it to get the plastidip off once on?

Even if you rattle can them, proper refinishing should strip that off as well, just like plastidip.

I am planning to plasti dip the rims of my cx-5 (once I get the car) for summers.
