Heyy evreyone! So today i went to see a friends mechanic to fix my oil consumption issue. He tole me i should change my PCV valve it might be clocked or stuck open or w.e so i said wtf minds well hes only going to charge me like 80$, took the guy like 3 hours almost. so when i went there my engin light was on so i scanned it with his sick snap on scanner and it pulled 1 code. <P0401 EGR insificiant flow> or w.e. so he said lets try and clean the EGR valve and throtle body to save money on parts because the EGR part is about $250. so w.e we chagned the parts and started it up it hesitated to start but it fired up 2 seconds later. w.e we tested it the Engin light was still there so we scanned it again and now have 2 codes 1 new code: <P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input>. Can anyone shed some light on this? umm when i was on the test drive i noticed it feels as there is almost more power in a high gear 3/4 and it doest want to slow down when i hit the brakes. I think the compter is really confused because it is jumping up gears very fast when i give it gas and doesnt want to down gear untill i stop btw its automatic. ? Has anyone had an issue like this after changing a PCV valve or cleanign the EGR valve? or know what it could be casue by or know what i should do to fix this issue?

if you're able to bring it to Mississauga we could take a look at it... its about an $80 diagnosis charge but i can do it for $50 seeing as though you know some of the problems already. We would have to run a couple vacuum tests and so on.

let me know,

take a look for address and contact info on my sponsor page.
