Now, I recently just set up the LCD above my aftermarket deck, and I was wondering if there was someway to change it without putting the stock deck back in? Is there a certain wire that I can just use instead?

I don't believe there is any way to utilize the screen without some other interface to be installed. But I may be wrong.
Nope... You must plug the factory deck back in
