Went to see Chris & co. yesterday afternoon for an oil change. Saw mounir leaving as I got there (car looks nice bud).
Overall I was in and out quickly and they also performed a 21-point inspection on my car during the oil change.
Great price, great people & most importantly great service.
Thanks again Chris. I'll be back in 5000km/4 months, whichever comes first ;)

Thanks man! I'm glad you enjoyed your experience here, and thanks for all the positive feedback.
Hey, can you PM the price for an Oil Change? I'm overdue. Just A regular oilchange - Whatever the dealer puts in (Castrol GTX?) 2007 Mazda 3 Sedan 2.0 Manual
Edit:
Just found your prices. Valvoline. I'll do the switch and stick with valvoline!
Also need my tranny fluid replaced. Do you do that too?
Edit Again:
I can't find your number ANYWHERE! do you have a website or Phone Number you can post up on the forums?

1 905.828.6888 - 15 seconds on google and I got the answer.
LOL, yeah, For some reason I was getting A different result on Google. he's int he process of making a website.
So, I gave him a ring - And he was free right away. its 3 minutes from my work, so i dropped by, and I was in an out in 35 minutes. The staff were really helpful, Chris came out and chatted with me the whole while, Talking about plans for his Mazda3 Hatch. Really nice guy.
They are equipped to do anything you need there, Engine Work, Suspension, ICE, anything you want.
Going back next week to get tranny fluid done.
Oil change was 43 bucks Tax included, and then you get a 5 dollar mail in voucher from Valvoline (which I've already lost, lol)
New Regular customer!

Screwed up a friend's HID install (when it was working before and only needed a bulb replacement). Putting this review up so that my friend will finally write down his thoughts as opposed to procrastinating. Friend is also a member of TM3.
Sponsor had two opportunities to correct. Car given back in worse shape than it was brought in. Both times, friend was told that issue was 'fixed'.

Hmm I wonder why we dont hear from him as much anymore.....
I was there last week for my Fiancee's Mazda5.
Still doing all my oil changes there. I like them because They'll talk to you and let you look at your car while they're working on it.
I was able to get under her Mazda5 and figure out how to replace the rear struts - Which I did this weekend.
he's a great guy. I recommend, although I've never had any major repairs/service done - Just oil changes.
I've Stopped going here. They stopped letting me in the back. I think the reason was "Politics" (I guess someone else rents a bay there?) Also Oil change is 46 bucks with tax.
I've had a small number of things which have kind of built up into my general Opinion changing over a number of visits in the past year:
Once didn't ziptie the splash shield back up once, so I had to do it in the snow/cold of my driveway
Once they didn't notice a CEL that turned on under their care (it was just a P0113, which I'm "used" to but was surprised they didn't tell me about it.
Oil change also supposed to include an "inspection" and light check etc., but they didn't point out my turn signal that was burnt out. It just made me doubt that they were giving the car a "once over" to put my mind at ease.
A year ago, the intern/co-op guy working there put the lift on the wrong spot and folded over some of the "rail" along the side-skirt - Basically put it on the not re-enforced part - Ended up folding a bit of metal over. I had to show him where to properly put it. "for next time" (making me more nervous about not being allowed in the back a bit more of a deal than It should be to me)
Another fairly major thing (in my opinion) is that they smoke in the shop and it always takes a few days to get rid of all traces of odor from my car. (they've never smoked IN my car, but yeah.)
At first I didn't mind all this, because it was nice to be able to poke around and look around under the car, and chat with the people working on my car before I grabbed lunch. Since they no longer allow that, It made me re-evaluate why I kept going there - Higher Price, smoke smell, and less confidence in the work... So I moved on.
They're great guys, and I'm sure they stand behind their work but its cheaper/faster/more convenient to go elsewhere for me so the cons outweighed the pro's.
