I drove it for about 30 minutes, washed the car, opened the hood in order to dry under it and noticed this. Normal or a serious issue?

condensation, you got steaming coolant being released into there. looks normal to me, make sure the level is correct.

Actually... It's it's ethylene glycol plus water, so it does hurt to try... although I've been told it's delicious! (Pet love it... but sadly not for long...)

By the way, those "bubbles" are condensed water on the underside of the tank; they're droplets, not bubbles. It's normal (like everybody else said)
