noticed a small amount of oil smoke when i started my 3 the other day checked the valves and it dont look good, picked up some no leak from CT hopefully it works, isnt there a 140k 7 year warrenty out on preowned mazdas it seems real bad for it to be going with only 124k...

7 year 140k warranty? Unless you purchased an extended package with your car (or have one from the previous owner) your warranty is long gone.

Check to make sure you didn't overfill the oil. Mazda's tend to burn excess oil due to high compression leaking it into the cylinders...

Yes, check to see if you didn't overfill with motoroil. How is the compression on the engine? I've worked on a case like this at Agincourt...wasn't a fun job. I had to replace the cylinder head.
