I have a 2005 mazda 3 and I've been wanting to integrate an aux cable into my stock head unit.

I've been looking fairly closely at the GROM audio products. However, I've seen some on some descriptions of their products that they only work on single or 6-stack CD stereo units. My car doesn't have a CD player although it does have all the CD/Track Skip etc buttons. Will the GROM units still be compatible with my car or will I need to look elsewhere?

I thought all mazda3 came with factory decks w/CD player no matter if it was a GS, GX or GT.

Impressive

I think they plug into the connector on the back of the head unit that is used for the optional 6 CDD changer.

Yeah I think it's somewhere on the bottom of the cd player

you should take out your head unit and determine if it has a two or one plug at the back. If it's got two than you'll be able to use it. If not than it may not just be plug and play.

just curious has anyone on here used the GROM is it just as good as GTA car kits? (i have neither currently)
