Just wanted to say that I had a positive experience with Ted + Fatima a few weeks ago when i had my Mazda 3 serviced there.

In the past I had my Mazda serviced there the consultant had dismissed my concerns regarding noises and power door lock issues, which I subsequently had resolved at Mazda of Toronto instead.

I decided to go back to 401 Dixie a few weeks ago as they are close to my work for a simple oil change. I had a minor alignment issue that I had been ignoring for a while as the last time I had it checked by Ontario Mazda they charged me labour when they told me it was to be complimentary. I was upset and felt misled when they charged me labor for the check. I refused to pay more to have the alignment fixed.

When I had called this time around Ted had informed me that they were having a sale on alignment service and he mentioned he would credit me the labour that Ontario Mazda had charged me in the past. When I arrived there was some mis-communication regarding the alignment charge with the service consultant. Long story short Ted honored his word and the alignment was fixed and he even took a ride in the car with me to ensure the car was tracking the road to my satisfaction.

So I will have to say I will be back again and my confidence has been renewed.

I haven't met Ted, but I've met Fatima there (pre-mods) and she was great. Unfortunately, they told me that they cannot service lowered vehicles, hence why I had to switch to a different Mazda dealership.

That's what I've heard as well....... but obviously you've seen my car, and I've been going there since the 1st day I bought the car brand new. They've had no issues working on my lowered car, especially with my current wheel set up.
