Bogging down problems

So for the past 2 weeks my car has been acting funny...I have an 05 Mazda 3 GT automatic....It started with it stalling one day...I replaced my filter on my SRI....and ran some fuel injector cleaner through her....it was good for a few days and then the RPM's started to jump around well driving...I did some searching and it suggested I give my throttle body a cleaning...Which I did....was good for 2 weeks....the other night driving home on the 401 it stalled ....but started right up no problems....then yesterday I noticed it bogging down on take off....this only happens on take off...it's normal driving after you get out of that bogging down stage....So I did more searching...I replaced my spark plugs with NGK iriduim plugs(straight from the dealership) ....it ran ok for a bit but again it is bogging down....I don't know what else to try...this is really starting to piss me off....LOL....I need the car to run smooth since I drive back and fourth from Oshawa to Brampton 5 times a week....My car has 177,000 kms on it....

maybe your MAF wires are cut or stretched..

Check your MAF sensor could be dirty or faulty...It may hesitate under load, surge, idle rough or run excessively rich or lean. The engine may also hiccup when the throttle suddenly changes position. also scan for any fault codes a MAF problem should (but not always) set a fault code.

I have checked the wiring for the MAF....I wiggled it around and it doesn't cause any stalling or change of idle....I guess my next step is to get a scan done...Will it still throw a code if the check engine light is not on???

Sounds like a vacuum leak, which could be caused by the purge solenoid valve.

Is your vehicle a 2.3L? Does the A/T light flash? Any codes from the PCM?

anything done to the car before this started? recent service? any of the things mentioned (maf, purge leak etc) should set a code with mil light on.
also you mention the rpm "jumps around". Do you mean the rpm shoots up betweem gears (like going from 1st to second)? this could be transmission slipping which means replacement.

other things to check for...low engine compression, vacuum leaks like Stock3 said, low fuel pressure, leaky or dirty injectors, ignition misfire, excessive backpressure (plugged converter), etc., since problems in any of these areas can produce similar driveability symptoms. you mentioned you changed your spark plugs, did you also change the spark plug wires as that could also contribute to described symptoms...

I just want to thank everyone for their replys....I cut the snaps that hold the MAF wire to the battery housing today and so far it seems to be running better....This hopefully is the answer!!! I'll update again in a few days if it does it again....I just have to find someone with a code reader....The RPM's don't jump anymore between it shifting....It did do that after I cleaned out the throttle body.....but has been fine for the last 2 weeks ....

My car is a 2.3L...no lights flash..
