I had my '11 Mazda3 Sport in to Achilles today for the 16K service. The customer service was great. Kathleen and Frank did a great job of checking me in and letting me know what was going on. The facility is as clean as can be. Wifi and coffee are available too. Frank said he gives a 10% discount on service other than oil changes to TM3 members.
It was only an oil change, but I was made to feel welcome there.
