Had my 24k service there today...pretty straightforward service. Checked in fairly quickly, and waited the couple hours in their waiting room (watched Sharapova win the French Open). Everything was fine and the service was just in time for my road trip to Montreal and Ottawa this summer :)

Thanks to Vincent for the help as always and Joe for hooking me up with the club discount :D

I don't know the exact list, but it was just the standard 12 mths/24 k service...

With the discount it was 220 or so? 250 with taxes.

May try Jimmy if he's going to do it for half price...do we have to bring our own oil or does he have 0w-20? Not really a big issue since I can just get a bunch from Joe but just curious...

Yes you have to bring in oil and filter from joe. Otherwise it is an extra charge.

wow, so ...for $250 you just get an oil change and a tire rotation and a lot of inspections that you can do yourself...
i would only pay $100 for this.

My thoughts exactly. I don't get spending that much money on an "inspection". Are there any implications from a warranty perspective to skipping these scheduled maintenance checks?

I'd like to know this too. Is there any warrently implications for going to someone else to do the servicing? I was told to go to Mazda for all my servicing under warrenty but if Jimmy can do it for half the price, I have less to worry about, especially when it comes to mods. But if everyone with mods is having success with MoT I can drive down once every couple months for hassle free work.

As far as I know, there shouldn't be any problems as long as you keep all your receipts and stuff....

This is my first year with the car, and it's pretty convenient for me to go to MoT. It is a bit more expensive, but if it's only once a year, it's not that big of a deal. I might try Jimmy next year and go from there...
