Rockford Fosgate P2 Sub, P3001 amp

Hey folks,
Just wondering if anyone has experience with the sub and/or amp in the title. I found the set on kijiji for a sweet price, and wanted to get the opinion of anyone that has/has had this sub.

Can't say anything about the sub, but the amp is a good one. I may be slightly bias as I swear by RF amps, but I've had mine for over 6 years now with no issues whatsoever, and it'll punch that P2 sub pretty good.

Cool thanks for the info. I might just get the amp if he is willing to sell it separately. I'd like to find a sub with enclosure that doesn't take up too much room

I've been using my 10" RF P1 sub for 9 years now (now its in my GFs car). I've had a 12" RF P2 in my mazda for 4 years (purchased used). Absolutely love the P2. The P1 sounds a little flat in comparison, which is why I upgraded... but top notch quality.

Right now i'm using a RF 325.1 amp. Works great, I love it... and a lot of people swear by their amps, as mentioned above.

I have a 12inch P2 Rockford Fosgate "Punch" in my 04 hatch, and its an absolutly incredible sub! I had two twelves in my grand am before, and the sound is not even comparable! Its a nice, clean sound and its unusually powerful if combined with a good amp!
I bought the sub used and seems to be a couple of years old but I am VERY, VERY happy with it. From my understanding, Rockford Fosgate is highly reputable when it comes to subs and will definitly live up to its name!
