It was an awesome experience that I had in MOUNTAIN MAZDA. First of all, it is true that they do give 17% discount on service, I was afraid that they don't have that anymore, but i was wrong. THAT"S AWESOME:headbang.

I had my first visit couple of weeks ago, and had my oil change and fixed some minor issues. The mechanic is very friendly and patient to all my questions.:D Not only they did what I expected, but they also gave me suggestions and advices such as replacing cabin filter and brake fluid. Regardless the listing price for those minor issues, I was pretty satisified that they were truely helping me out. THAT"S AWESOME:headbang.

Last week, I found my gps can not be charged in the car, so I called for an appointment at 9am. Surprisingly, they scheduled me in at 11:00am. This time, I finally met John(not really welcoming in the morning I guess:(). The problem was not that hard and it took me less than 30mins.:chuckle And they didn't forget the 17% discount. Before I left the dealership, I asked few questions regarding maintance and customizing cars, they all answered me patiently and nicely. THAT"S AWESOME:headbang

I know lots of people are calling dealership as "stealership", but It end up worth it to pay what I paid in MOUNTAIN MAZDA. There are nice people that are willing to help you as well as the best price being offered. I will definitely going back if my car needs to be taken care of, and for sure I will recommend you guys to go there, because THAT"S JUST AWESOME:headbang:headbang:headbang

Awww, I talked to one of the salesman when I was waiting to get my service done. He was pretty nice and easy going guy. I'm wondering how did the sales staff pissed you off

I really don't like talk to her, so what I do everytime is just tell her to transfer me to service department. Have you been in their service before?

Totally understand, they charge me about $160 to change the air filter and cabin air filters which I just found we can DIY it for less time and way less money. But I liked they pointed out my problem instead of replacing it and charge me. Frankly, I liked the way they deal with customers, but I never said they have cheap labours:P

Terrible dealership. After several poor customer experiences I gave up on them. Definitely will not recommend this dealership to friends/family.

They've been good and bad to me. When I tell them about a problem it takes like 5 return visits to get the problem fixed... But they fix it and fix it for free. They've also rented me a rental car when my car was in there before - which was nice because I didn't get the extended warranty so I would've had to pay for one - and it happened twice.

Expensive - but wouldn't all dealerships have the same price?

Also, what is the 17% discount? I've never got a discount from them before! Lol

Thanks :)

Sam

Never again... Dented my rear wheel well.. Denied it when I asked them.. Installed aftermarket axle because the tech couldn't get it off.. Caused my transmission oil to leak.. Although they replaced their mistakes for free.. What really peed me off was after I installed my brakes I found a pile of garbage in my car.. Greasy subway wrapper and a whole bunch of receipts to stores I've never been to.. Probably took my car for a joy ride too...

Often aftermarket axles dont fit the pinion correctly and may leak. seen this before. perhaps buying the oem equipment in the future?
