Hi guys, I want to use some LED light bulb (not HID) as my DRL but since my High beam and DRL are from the same bulb it is not giving enough voltage to power the LED as DRL. I know that I will lose the power of High beam if I use LED but I have only use high beam like twice from my 10 years of driving so I think I will be ok with it. The problem is I try to use a relay and a capacitor to increase the voltage but it blown my fuse twice. Is there anything else I could do or that I have made a mistake during installation of the relay? Thanks.

Bigger gauge wiring

Either leave the high beam switch on all the time, or run a separate circuit externally and splice it into the headlight connector.

Honestly I don't know why you want to run LEDs in your high beams for DRLs because during the day they won't be bright enough and at night you have your headlights on so the DRLs are off. Either way, as you're blowing fuses trying to increase the voltage I'd say abandon that method through the stock wiring. Oh and one post/thread is sufficient to ask questions.

I used a 3300uF 35V capacitor in parallel with bulb / wires on each side. It made the bulbs brighter under DRL mode.

so just capacitor with no relay? I shall give that a try

yup. just a capacitor in parallel (ie, not in series) on each side.
