Problem was getting progersively worse over 3 weeks.
Car was pulling a little to the left. (small but noticable)

I swapped right front and back. Problem got worse (more noticable all over the car, and pulsing also at 40kph, and whoo whoo whoo sound)
I took all 4 tires off. Pulled out some nails. Pumped it up. Cleaned off mating surface. Put all 4 back on. Same vibration and pulsing noise.
No pulling to left at all.

Went to AutoPro. Got all 4 tires balanced. They informed me all 4 were off.
Its a lot better. Steering wheel doesn't shake. But, its now pulling slightly to left again. (very little, might be my imagination).

Am I driving on eggs?
Assuming the wear on tires is bad, can it cause damage to ball joins and allignment?
Do I need allignment done?

Yes you probably need an alignment.

When was the last time you had an alignment?

Wheel Shake - 95% of the time that is balance, so good thing it's fixed

Pulling - 95% of the time its alignment. These cars have picky alignment issues. Although I have had 4 different suspensions in my car, and NEVER had uneven wear, or an alignment lol.
