Oh lots in toronto or at least markham. My condo has a gate in the garage to resident parking and in a year I have seen it snapped off on the ground every month.

Walking my dog past garage entrance watched a woman hit the door frame with her passanger mirror ripping it off. she stopped looked around "what was that?" and drove off. The opening is 30' wide with no other cars coming.
