Apparently, this happened like 2 years ago and he would have gotten away only if he didn't post it on youtube and that's how he was caught.

wow. people are stupid, but at the end of the day. there is no capture of the speedo, so it could be argued the other vehicles were not moving making the lambo look like it was going faster then it was.. :P but still.. here is me breaking the law.. and to think they got away with it

+1, it doesnt look like hes going that fast.
Also they never show the driver so who can they charge? Anyone can be driving.
Im pretty sure there is some sort of statute of limitations, especially since they say he was arrested for "traffic violations".
Im pretty sure anybody with half a brain can get this guy off these charges.
