You can't actually defang a snake as they will just grow back. They loose teeth all the time.

What HAS most likely happened is they have had their venom glands removed. But a "hot" ( meaning venomous snake) even with venom glands removed has the ability to kill a human, due to human error when removing glands.

Even if these were not a venomous snake. The fangs on these cobras ( they look like Egyptian) CAN reach 5 cm long. That would still hurt like a bitch. I've been bitten by emerald tree boas which is comparable( just no venom). It hurts. Badly. The fangs are long enough to cause nerve damage.

( we've all had hobbies before our mazdas. Mine was snakes. )

Never fully proven. But there is a man who is apparently immune to a few different venoms. He has been injecting himself with diluted venom for years to try and build immunity.
It has caused alot of long term health problems for him.

Also, the guy in the 1st video is not just prone to getting bit by 1 snake. Maybe just 1 bite non-venomous would be ok but once one of those ****ers strike and they sense vulnerability you're just gonna get destroyed by the rest..
