was apparentently kicked out of a McDonalds in Paris because he was wearing his "digital eye glasses". He even had a physician's note and documents about the glasses that he gave the employee at McDonalds but he said they tore up the document and knocked the device off his head. McDonalds employees were concerned he might be recording or photographing people and violating certain laws.
Would you be bothered if someone like this came into your establishement?

I'd ask him about it and such. If I felt (like what McDonalds is claiming) that there was a privacy issue, I'd ask him to kindly leave, explain the situation and if all else fails call the police. I would not get around to abusing the guy and pushing him around stealing the glasses etc. It's a little awkward and I would be curious, but there was no need to get violent.
I had him as a prof for a few classes. He's a bit crazy. He came to one of my presentations dressed like a homeless person with a cyclops-like device hooked up to a fanny pack full of electronics. The picture posted by the star of him is the most NORMAL I've ever seen. He's usually closer to hobo-like.

I don't get why he has a doctor's note and what the purpose of this is for. Recording pedos is probably why Mcdonalds wanted him out. Oh by the way, this is posted on RFD as well.

I don't get it either. On Wikipedia, it says he claims that his circuits and iPhone were damaged when they threw him out causing him to involuntarily void his bladder on the devices. LOL

No, he was on his way to the bathroom when they threw him out onto the street, during which some circuits were damaged (as well as his phone) and because he had to take a leak, he pissed himself while being thrown out, which shorted out more circuits and his phone. All the processing and memory for the device is contained in various pieces of equipment in his pocket.

Exactly. Bunch of pricks.
It's a recording device.
