I personally would not. Both parties are at fault for engaging in activities leading to criminal assault charges. People tended to the injured man after the fact, thats more than you can ask.

What happens if you are charged for participating in the fight and get jail time? Or you were killed/injured by joining in? How would you explain this to your wife or your family?
