My friend showed me this the other day. He was staying at that hotel when it happened.

I love it when people comment calling the person an idiot when they don't know the whole situation.

That cop was unjustly writing a ticket for an offense that did not occur. That spyder was parked in a hotel valet area by the hotel valet. The owner was in the process of getting the car and the keys from the valet. This officer then decided it was okay to cause damage to the guys car and then arrest him.

While I agree he shouldn't have tried to leave, the officer had absolutely no reason to write a ticket in the first place or to damage the guys car or to use such aggressive force.

Of course, this being new york, the cop will not get reprimanded and they'll just let the guy go and say "whatever, gtfo".

And I love how 6 officers responded to this when 1 or 2 were more than enough. What a great waste of their tax dollars.

Also, I doubt that dude has money, I bet it's his GF who has money. The girl in the video is Stephanie Pratt from that stupid ass MTV show "The Hills".

Story behind is, no matter who you are and what car you drive, you pull off by a police, suck the ticket.

For that guy, getting a ticket in a Ferrari is better than pull out by the police and put down to the floor and get filmed.

Tell me, if the car was on the cops foot, and the car didn't reverse, how did the cop get his foot out? The 458 driver shouldn't have tried to leave, the cop was being a complete a$$ as well. If you look in the video, the car never raises up, which means it never actually ran over his foot. If it had run over his foot, he wouldn't have been able to walk over to the drivers door so damn quick, the car would still be on top of his foot.

He didn't deserve the parking ticket, the valet guy parked his car there but didn't put the valet sign on the window. However, he does deserve tickets for his stupid actions.
