Hey guys, what do you think about this wheel/tire combo? Think they would look good on the car?

Hmm 2 tires need replacing.
I'd pass on this though it looks alright. But there's few scuffs on 1 rim alone. Check the others!
I wonder if they're 17x8 minimum..

But yeah I'd pass on this. 2 tires +dismount/ mount+ balance all 4 is probably like the cost of what he's selling it for.

What's your budget and you like bbs style rims? Mesh / dish or aggressive look?

I don't really know. I love the BBS look with a chrome dish. I'm looking at 18's. There's a place in London, I foret the name, but they had BBS reps for $11 or $1200 + tax that I wanted but a good deal is what I'm looking for. But I'm open to ideas. Also like 5 spoked ones.

I was looking at a set like these

Bbs rep set without tires is about $600-$700. That's the least people are asking for them.

I found a staggered set which is great for the price with tires.

Not sure if you'd like 7.5" in the fronts but you can also have a spacer added in the future. I would definitely have gotten these if I didn't buy my bbs reps lol

That's a nice looking rim. Love the staggered deep dish.

That's not a bad price for those wheels. The two good tires are no good to you anyway as they are not the right size.

Get them powder coated and they'd look great. If you are seriously interested, you need to find out the offset of the wheels as that is critical in determining whether they'll fit or not

Best to go with either a 205/50R17 (OEM tire size) or a 215/45R17 will work nicely if you want something with a bit less sidewall.

If you want something wider, a 225/45R17 will also be fine.

so 215 is the width of tire, and 45 is the height in mm, R is radial, and 17 is the inch of rim?

205 is the width, 50 is the ratio of sidewall to tread width, 17 is the rim size :)

^ this.

If you have a 215mm width and a 45 profile then:

215 x 0.45 [45%] = 96.75mm is the actual height of the sidewall.
