He didn't even see what which way the road was going. Looks like he completely missed it coming over the crest.

He didn't know which way the road was going, but he did turn as he came over the crest (check it frame-by-frame). But the wheels were unloaded and had no grip, plus going way too fast. That's why you need to know a road before you go bombing down it at full tilt.

Interesting driving position... I guess kids lean forward from their "gangsta" style when they drive "fast". Doesn't anyone properly adjust their seats anymore?

everyone is saying how he is holding the wheel wrong in this video and sitting wrong... how are you supposed to sit and hold the wheel?

I'd like to see this crash from another angle, outside the car to see how bad it actually was.

how are you supposed to sit and hold the wheel?
Back against the seat back. That way you get lateral support from the seat and you wont' be shifting all over the place.
The front-back position should be such that you can put your wrist on the top of the wheel without taking your back off the seat.
Hands are usually recommended to be at the 3 and 9 o'clock position, although I think some people prefer 2 and 10.

Everyone knows you lean back as far as possible for better aerodynamics. He should also have only one hand on the wheel so he have the other on the shifter at all time. Even if it is an auto.

I dunno man, I think that if he was driving with he knee he could have made the turn.

No way. But if he was using his feet, could have really gripped the wheel with his toes.

IMO insurance should have to pay no matter what, what's the point of having insurance if you're not covered for major mistakes? Then again, this is also a guy who thinks the government should legislate a maximum rate and lower the percentage rates can be increased for offenses, so take it with a grain of salt.
On topic? I wonder what the bottom of this guys car looks like, LOL, he skidded over those rocks like a stone on a pond.

I'm not. Prove that he owns that car. Prove that that car is the one being claimed on. You cannot. You cannot see the damage and you cannot see a plate or anything to link the two. This piece is inadmissible as evidence that you can deny his claim.
They also don't have your picture, so there is no way for an insurance company to know whether or not they insure this guy.

Wait... What?! You mean this isn't GTA IV?! I thought GTA IV was supposed to emulate real life, and you could do anything on the streets that you do in the video games... Oh boy, you've just shattered my whole world.

Yes, don't be dumb. Of course they can use that video as evidence. If a claim is made and they can connect him to that vehicle even in the smallest way, he's toast.
Ultimately if I were his insurance company and I saw the video, I would drop him even if it wasn't his car lol.

plus, im sure theres plenty of pictures out there now with plate numbers and faces. you know these douches, says they crashed a car, rich parents takes it easy on them, then they become all smug about it and say they crashed an expensive car and is baller like that

OT:
Insurance won't cover you if you're doing something stupid/illegal with your car. Unless you have a clause in the policy that covers for "Occasional Time Attacks" (which I doubt).
Secondly, it's stupid kids like these that are causing the insurance to be so expensive for everyone else, so not providing coverage for stupid acts like this actually helps other people.
Finally, instead of capping the rate at a maximum, the gov't should look into preventing fraudulent claims. That way, insurance money will go to people that actually need it and not people like Ragu.
