Floor mats coming apart!

I was cleaning the car up today and notices that my 6 week old floor mats are coming apart, threads that hold the trim around the outside of the mat are coming out on my front 2! Will these be covered under warranty?

My floor mat wore out where my heel sits when switching gears and they are covering it under warrenty. But under the terms of a safety issue because that would be the only way it was going to be covered.

You just gotta find the right dealership to help you out....

Just a side note the mats for the 2010 are no longer available they have been replaced with a newer version from what I was told. Joe can you confirm that?
