Hey guys, placing my order in the next two days for the following:
-ATP GTX2871R turbocharger upgrade
-DNP stainless turbo manifold
-Streetunit billet aluminum engine mount kit
-Corksport SRI (w/ turbo intel)
-Corksport FMIC kit
-Corksport catted downpipe (already have magnaflow cat-back)
-HKS super sequential BOV
-Cobb access port.
Does anyone have any of these and how are they working for you?
Also for the turbo it says "Does not include 3" inlet pipe and 3" downpipe necessary to complete a "kit" in order maximize the turbo"...
(even though its a direct bolt-on upgrade)
Does this mean that the down pipe and the turbo intel won't work with this set up?

I would go with the Ram air FMIC Kit. :P

im just a noob so i wouldent quote me on it. But ive been talking to few ppl that know this stuff and they recomment that my next upgarde be internales or full replacement fuel pump perferably a CP-E fuel pump.
seeing how your upgradeing i would for sure upgrade the fuel pump/internals. I have a few buddys that just run the internals with no problems if you want to save some money. Or you can go with the CP-E Fuel Pump.
My friends that are REALLY into this recommended i go by this guide
http://www.edgeautosport.com/mazdaspeed-3-6-modification-guide-2006-to-current/
like i said im still learning :P lol

Wow thats a cool list.
Im on my way to there.
For us Gen2, a fuel pump is a must when wr start modding it.
How abt test pipe, colder plugs and a custom tune by MSpeed?

Fuel pump before anything else goes on, above mentioned plugs, an ebc depending on boost, injector seals, 3 bar map sensor if needed. Pretty sure Addison is running the bt 28. Read through the bt builds on msf and it'll give you a good flavor of what you need and what to expect.

The Cobb inlet is 3inch diam. while the turbo is 4 inch diameter
Good luck

That's an incomplete list
Also it's an inlet not an intel
You might want to gain a bit more intel with regards to this build, if not when you blow your engine I know someone who'd be willing to buy your block

Is the athlon turbo pipe better than the intel?

I'm not sure if the GTX28's are 4" or 3" inlet.

LOL but I think you meant AMD.

Ok went through the guide (props Booostin) and did some more research and added the following to the build:
-Autotech high pressure fuel pump internals
-Denso Iridium (HR:8) plugs
-SURE injector halo kit (seals, nuts, washers, and studs kit)
anything else to add?

And i appreciate all the help, i know this all may be common sense but i only owned honda's where everything is dirt cheap and you can beat the shit out of them and not care. now i feel like im in a real car lol. So im slowly figuring out how to go about this build correctly. All ideas help. Thanks guys!
