New Car at Markham Mazda

I bought a brand new 2012 Mazda3 GS-Sky from Markham Mazda on Saturday. I picked up the car the yesterday. I know there has been some negative comments about Markham Mazda on the forum, but overall, my experience was good.

From the beginning, I dealt with a salesman by the name of Roy Zhou. I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting the dealership. Throughout the whole time I was there, I felt as though he was always completely honest with me. He always answered my calls and replied quickly to any e-mails I sent. Most importantly to me though, he was a genuinely nice person. Some salesman I have dealt with have been really arrogant and sometimes, just rude. Roy was always polite and it made the experience great.

I got a used car from Markham Mazda and dealt with Roy (Sales) and Annie (Financial Manager). I thought I was careful for the total cost and the monthly payment.... but still found a hidden undisclosed charge (Admin/OMVIC fee) after signing on the purchase agreement. Both Roy and Annie had never returned calls for two days until the call was transferred to the Sales Manager. For the positive side, Roy did look after and resolved a after sales issue. Overall, if it was not becasue of that used car in Markham Mazda, I would go to other dearlership. My total purchase experience and for the pricing... rated below ave.
