Hey all. New guy and just wanted to share my experience in my purchase of my skyactiv 3.
I dealt with a salesman name Mohsin Syed. He was very patient and unintimidating at all. We went for 2 test drives; the first being nearly an hour long and consisted of going out for coffee on him and the second was to drive from Scarborough to Pickering to my house to show my family the test unit which I thought was great.
Had the GM do the appraisal of my tib that I traded in and after some fierce negotiating got it down to a price we could all agree on. Mohsin was professional all the way though and followed up on all my calls as well as called me with updates.
Jack Jin the financial advisor there was also great. Got me approved with the little credit I did have and was great on follow up communication.
All in all a great experience for me. I've heard other stories about their service department, but that's for another day. Until then I can say I'm quite pleased
