Driver HID Problems

Recently driver HID (Prolumen bought several years ago) started randomly not turning on when I turn on HIDs. This seems to happen ~50% of the time. When they go on, they go on normally. Will stay on until I shut car off. No flicker etc. Other times, it just won't turn on. Thoughts?

Common problem for HIDs after years of use....theres alot of threads about this..

Usually the common problems would be the wiring harnesses or the ballast ..so check those

+++111 Ususally due to moisture from exposure to 4 seasons of crap Canadian weather. Once you isolate the problem, weather proof your connections by slipping a section of bicycle tire inner tube over each connection and ziptie each end like a sausage. I do that with all my installs I've done on my cars and never had a moisture or corrosion fault yet ;)
