ebay hid fog kit question

just bought a set of foglights for my 2008 sedan, attached to the harness near the switch is this tan coloured plug with one yellow wire. i have no idea what it is and where it goes. anyone buy this kit and have an idea? thanks

Oh yeah, we all use that kit, just cut the wire and you'll be fine ........ :loco
