I realize that this is further north than for most members here but seeing as there are a couple of people from Sudbury and Orillia to name a few, I figured that I should provide my feedback on this dealership.
In a nutshell, both sales and service departments are phenomenal. The salespeople do not work on commission so there is never any pressure from them when you're looking at new (and used) cars. Their goal is to make you happy. In fact, they make sure that the passengers are also happy by working with both buyer and passengers (as was the case with me when boyfriend bought his car 2 years ago from them....after all, if girl not happy, she won't ride with the boy, right? lol). When I was looking for a new car but was under a tight budget, they actually worked with me to make sure that if fits my budget and even gave me additional discount to help me out. The account manager helped to work with me and offer me various warranty options and even told me to go home and think about the car and warranty options before proceeding ahead with sale (car was on hold). I actually came up with more questions which they happily answered and came back in 2 days later to finalize the sale. They know their cars. They have lived up to their awards of excellent customer service for past 3 years. In fact, they still check with me from time to time to make sure that I'm happy with my car (even 5 months later!) and that there were no issues. Bottom line, these guys won't screw you over.
Service department -- as my car is still new, I have only visited their department just 3 times. Once for bug deflector, second for roof rack, and third for my 8,000km oil change/check-up. Each time, they have explained to me exactly what they will do (even though I was already aware of it), answered my questions without dumbing me down (a huge plus since I am a female but I am actually more knowledgeable about cars than most people out there and they don't know this....yet). They have even talked to me about my driving habits to ensure that I get the best recommendations beyond what's in the manual which allows me to plan for future service without my wallet taking a big hit at that point in time (after verifying their suggestions....force of habit). A bonus is that they give your car a car wash every time it goes in for service, regardless of what it is. Sweet!
This dealership has been in the city for over 25 years and every single person who has bought a car from this place and serviced there have never had any complaints. If there was an issue, it was resolved promptly.
I would absolutely buy another car from them again. So far, the service department seems to be good but will update after a year of service from them. Based on what I'm seeing, I don't anticipate any issues but will continue to watch them from behind the glass for next little while, lol. Blame it on past experience!
