Prima Mazda La La LOVING them!!!

I purchased my car from Prima Mazda in July and all i have is positive feedback to day about them!!!

First i had gone to westowne mazda and let me tell you the salesperson i delt with there kept trying to get me to buy a used car from them because of the pricing... im a single mommy... i dont want someone elses problem... its like he didnt want to sell me a car, i almost gave up...:bang everything changed when i called Prima...:D

My sales person, Marcus was extremely friendly and made this an awesome experience, just like it should be, i told him my price, told him i wanted a Mazda 3 sport...
He made it happen!!!:hawt


Went back for service last week and they were awesome too!!! Leon took care of everything that needed to be done, going back next Sat because my parts just came in! everytime i go there i have a pleasant experience i will reccommend PRIMA MAZDA to all my friends an family!!! :)

I guess we all have different experiences. Mine's not so good, with more than one car. My parents are probably never going back there with their own reasons as well. Now I do agree with you that Marcus goes above and beyond to help and make sure you are satisfied, however Prima/Mazda doesn't back him up which is sad.

Sorry, I didn't have the same experience with Marcus. He makes it seem as if he is going above and beyond but he pulled a few fast ones on me and unfortunately I assumed that he would keep his word and he did not ... live and learn ...

I will never ever go near Prima Mazda again.
