Because, unfortunately, there is no room to park her on the street during the winter time.
So she's in storage....
Gave her a nice wash, clay bar (which holy crap it makes all the difference in the world, the paint is glass smooth now), polish and wax! This is my first time fully detailing a car as well.
Total time spent: 6 hours!
Sorry for the crappy iPhone 4 pics, my camera was out of batteries :bang

I still have to wipe down the interior and going to condition the leather with Autoglym leather balm.

Great detailing job. What products did you use and what's your "winter beater". Or will you be using transit?

i would want to get a car cover and keep it covered up. less dust will collect up on it

a quick rinse with the hose gets off all the dust and the water ends up beading right off. trying to save every penny for my condo purchase next year lol

LOL are we talking about the fire hose? i would cover it up, dust is ridiculous in underground parking lots like mine. plus youll have brats going through all the cars at night

there is a 24/7 security guard and you can only access the garage with a remote. It's fairly safe.

Do you really think a car cover will stop kids from going through the car at night? Let me answer no it will not stop them

same with ours, but even with 24hr security and remote only access. my friends car was broken into 3 time overs a course of 2 weeks. but there is a ferarri one floor below us with a cover over it and no one has touched it for over 2 years. not even the owners. i talked to them and theyre storing it because its historically plated and barley drive it. everyone thinks its some beat up car because the cover looks like crap
