2012 mazda 3 Hid kit Recommendations

Hi im looking at getting a H11 HID kit for my low beam.

I was wondering what brand of kit would everyone recommend I do alot of driving and do not need the lights to cut out of flicker like i see on alot of hid kits . I also do not want to have the one headlight issue on start up . any recommendations and on the new mazda 3s since my DTRs are my high beams will i need a relay ?
