Earlier today i was winterizing my car, throwing my stock rims back on and minor pre-winter maintenance and :blah. So anyways, after i had my stockers back on and car on the ground, i went around and torqued everything to spec with a torque wrench, and low and behold when i got to torquing my locking lugs i got to almost 80 ft-lb and *POP*... well WTF! the unique pattern inside the lock nut key snapped off inside the damn locking nut on the second tire i was working on. well FML! so i called up the dealer and asked to get put through the service rep why was Kyla or kaylie (cant remember, sorry) she was very nice and friendly over the phone. I began explaining to her over the phone my situation, and immediately had to apologize to her after i realized i told her "I have metal stuck in my nut", or something very similar to that :P. so continuing on, she transferred me to Jason. After speaking with him on the phone and him telling me they may have to possibly charge for new lugs or a locking set, but he would get his apprentice to take the locking nuts off free of charge. He then told me he would be squeezing me in between existing appointments after 1pm, to ask for him specifically when i got there, and he would see what he could do. So i showed up at the dealer, asked for Jason, explained in person what happened, and he drove it into the shop. About 5ish minutes later, he came back out and said we fixed you all up, handed me my keys, walked me out, and told me they took the -now garbage- locking nuts off and replaced with OE lugs free of charge. No labor or parts cost, and wasn't covered under warranty either. I guess he noticed the TM3 plates and stickers because he said something along the lines of mentioning to say something nice on TM3 or something along those lines, so here you go lol. It may have just been a small thing he helped me out with, but its the small things that count. Thanks jason

Just opened up my Christmas gifts and it turns out I got the fob portion of my spare flip key (just had the key portion before)! My dad and sister went in and spoke with Kyla about getting it for me and when they mentioned the last name when she was looking up my file she knew who I was and made a joke about always trying to give the TM3 guys great service because "they know how much we care about our cars ...and we have a review section". Haha

Needless to say, another good customer service experience from Moffatt's Mazda!
