Can anyone suggest a motor mount replacement for the front passenger side (motor mount #3). It seems this is very common problem of it breaking. That being said I don't want to buy the one that Mazda sells.
Any suggestions and reviews would be appreciated on this matter.

prices range depending on the vendor and the type of mount... a set of mounts can go for around $500+ (most likely a little bit more)
Rear mount = ~$100 Passenger mount = ~$200 Transmission mount = ~$200
Here's a site to get an idea of what there is:

Ok, thanks!
Ok, I've read a lot of threads and my car has 145,000km's on it and this is the first time I have to replace motor mount. From what I've read, ppl are saying not to go with the Mazda mount. The dealer is telling me $250/installed and if I don't go with the dealer and me going to buy off market, it's gonna cost me $200+ just for the part. I probably don't drive my car as hard as most of the ppl I've read threads from. So my question is, is it better for me to just go with the dealer as opposed to going off market?

OEM mounts are good for a comfy ride quality but the upgraded mounts add a lot of performance with only a little added noise and slight vibrations. Depends if you enjoy driving your car or just use it to get from A to B.

If your mounts are stock all around and you are used to the stock noise and feel and do not want more cabin noise and vibration, I would suggest sticking with the OEM mount. Grab the OEM mount from Mazda of Toronto and get Jimmy to install it - very fast install.
If you are looking to improve things are are open minded, then I would recommend starting with a RMM first. Get one and break it in. Be advised that going with a 3rd party PMM will bring with it much more noise and vibration, especially during the break-in phase. The RMM is one thing, but once you start PMM, it's a whole new ball game! Your engine is almost firmly planted at that point, and shifts (with a MT) become silky smooth.
My recommendation is to go with JBR. Jamie is a great guy, with fast service and all of his products are very high quality and well engineered.

Sure Motorsports Torq motor mounts are good as well, they are pricier than other aftermarket options but I have heard they don't introduce as much NVH

thanks for all the recommends, but where can I get part locally...most of these are order online. I can pretty much pick up in GTA area. Does anyone know what the part number is...any parts store I walk into is asking me for a part number?

how does it add performance? i thought the point of the mounts were to stop noise and vibrations?

They keep the engine from moving around. These motions cause a loss of power transmission to the road. Smoother shifting is a result as well.
OEM mounts are designed to stop NVH, but in doing so allow engine movement. It's a trade off, since you cannot have your cake and eat it to. The OEM PMM is oil filled, whereas the 3rd party units are solid bushings.

Are there aftermarket engine mounts that do better vibration/noise reduction than the OEM mounts?

No. The OEM is the best option to absorb vibration. Anything else will just be worse (more vibrations, etc).
