Headlights, one faces down and its not as bright as the other :(

Hello everyone, i have a 2006 mazda 3 touring edition. so this mazda is really pissing me off as my first car. I swear my car is eating my light bulbs, my driver side burns out less than 3 months, and i put the $50 sylvania ones in it. On the other hand the passenger side works fine except its much lower than the other and isn't as bright its very dim. i tried to adjust it with the little white nobs(so annoying to adjust takes so long to turn), but i did the wrong ones now it lights up the road next to my car LOL !
Diagrams and pictures please if anyone has any!
My dad suggested changing out all the fuses and seeing if that makes a difference.

ANYBODY KNOW WHAT TO DO ?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, this is what i did the first time but i ruined it because i didnt know which way to go. i hate how they made this set up since it takes forever adjust them, the little knob barely has any moving room.

the part i found confusing was the last step. you have to tighten the adjuster knob right in the tightening direction to keep it from moving during driving. if you dont do this itll just end up further down again

Changing the fuses will do nothing. You probably have a bad ground going to the one bulb that is what is causing the one side to burn out all the time. s for your adjustments get a ratcheting 8mm (or is it 10mm I forget) wrench and this way it works really well to adjust the lights. But it sounds to me like your bulb on the passnger side is not sitting propely and you ave it aimed downwards.
Keep in mind when adjsting your lights because you pushed them to the sideways that they light up the next lane you have also pushed the lights downward. readjust them back to stock and yu will pull the light back up if you ONLY adjusted the direction of the light.

top portion beam pattern
bottom portion adjustment on road straight

On the right you see the left headlight as factory and the right headlight what you adjusted
top portion l/f headlight untouched
top portion r/f headlight pushed over to the right
bottom portion l/f headlight normal straight
bottom portion r/f headlight pushed downward because of the adjustments you made

You have 2 wires going to the bulb, if I remember the colours off the top of my head they should be blue and blue/orange (or orange, orange/blue, i forget) at the headlight bulb connector with a black ground wire. A lot of times because these connectors are extremely open to the atmosphere the connectors will start to build corrosion. I've had a car where I just cut off the factory connectors and used my own crimp connectors and have no longer had any problems

another thing when i turn the starring wheel the front beams dim when i move the steering wheel left or right could this change anything ? and how do i fix this ?

There is no fix for this as it is normal. The interior fan will also slow down slightly, rpms will dip and the interior lights will also dimm if you ever payed attention to it.
