Agree. This guy looked like a drama queen cry baby. :chuckle
They should have just used the guy from Smallville. Still will be an awesome movie. Would be better if they show Batman in the ending credits along with the rest of Justice League.

Think that's the first time I have seen the new General Zod.
Looks decent but I'm a sucker for just about any comic book movie. I even saw Daredevil and watch Arrow
This looks good. DC knows how to make proper hero movies. Batman, Watchemen need I say more

I enjoyed Watchmen. But I've only watched it the one time.
How does Superman fly? For some reason watching all the shit vibrate around him bugged me.

Make that two. The movie is absolutley brilliant. I have the uncut DVD which throws in some extended scenes as well had all the behind the scenes stuff as well. Huge fan!

You forgot about Jonah Hex, Green Lantern, Superman Returns and Catwoman! ;)
Hopefully Man of Steel can break DC 's curse of having another movie outside of Batman be a hit financially and ratings wise.

Watchmen was good. It was basically the graphic novel taken page by page and converted to a movie. The extended version got it right more so than the theatre version.
Too bad it wasn't a hit at the box office.

The Watchmen was really well done and was as close to the material as time would allow.
I think the predictions were a little high. It was an R rated movie, right there, you cut out a huge percentage of the movie going public.
I actually caught it in a small theatre that has only 20-25 seats and they are leather and spacious. The only way to catch anything over 2 hours for me plus it doesn't hurt that they bring you beer.
It's in my top 20 for sure.
As for Superman, this will be the jumping off point for the inevitable JLA movie because no one should try and start from the Nolan trilogy with JGL. You simply can't mix those two worlds.

Ya but how, internal thrust? Explain lol. (only Superman arc I paid attention to was the death of)
I liked how faithful watchmen was to the source maerial.

Michael Shannon has the makings of an epic villain.
