I realized that there is some noise when i drive on highway at 110km/h or +.
My car has winter tire.
Have you experienced noise with winter tires at high speed??

I got this new car 4days ago, and i put wintertires on it.
I didnt try summer tires.
You may think that i am so sensitive.
please reply ur experience and advice for me.

Thank u in advance.

Winter tires, depending on design can have more road noise than standard all season tires.

i have cheap winter tires (nexen is cheap right?) and theyre more quieter than my summers (which are bald). check to see if theyre balanced correctly. and check to see if theyre mounted centered to the hub. last season the garage didnt mount them centered... and they made noise on the highway.

Steering wheel doesn,t shake during driving.
I think tire wheel allignment is ok.
If tire doesnt put on center to the hub, noise can be made??

check the air pressure, it might be too high or too low. the car is new so im assuming the tires are new-ish as well? might take some getting use to since all cars react differently to certain tires

winter tires are always more agressive. they will always be noisier than a summer or all season tire. end of discussion.

they will always make noise. slight vibration sometimes depending on outside temp. i try not to drive over 120 with winters or the vibrations are brutal. at 100 to 110 its not to bad.

What kind of noise are you experiencing exactly? If its just louder road noise then as everyone else said it's normal with snow tires.

I have the same problem with my all seasons. But that's because they are old and have bumps on the rear tires....

You should probably check that the tires are balanced correctly.

If the rear tires are not balanced correctly then you may not necessarily feel any shaking in the steering wheel.

Take your car to the dealer and ask them to test drive to see if the sound is normal or not.

Some winter tires are more noisy than summer tires .
look online at reviews of the tire and see of other people have similar concerns.

with it being a new car and with new winter tires, I wouldnt worry about it that much. When the summer comes and you switch over to your summer tires and the noise is still there then I would take it in for a inspection

if you cheap out on something..don't expect it to be on the same level as top of the line.

Basically,

Winters tire = more road noise.
Cheap winter tires = much more road noise.

If you want performance and low noise, grab a set of Michelin Alpin PA3's.

I visited upper james mazda (Hamilton) and met engineer to check my car.

he did test drive by my car and told me that this kind of noise comes from winter tire thread.

It is normal noise.

Also, he will check my tire bearing to make sure about noise tomorrow morning.

None of your pictures work but it is very likely winter tires are causing the noise.
What kind of tires are you using?

Have you done any research on the tire ? A few quick google searches pulls up reports of many users complaining about the tires being loud .

Threads merged. Kimy27, the next time you create multiple threads about the same issue I will just delete them, no questions asked. You have been doing this for months, since you stated asking about buying the car.

I have winterforce's they are moderatly noisy. Most winters are due to the aggressive tread.
