Is it normal?

i sit on the driver's seat, and turn the key.

engine starts and gear is in neutral.

e-break is locked.

i didnt push any pedal and feel very little vibration from my car.

is it normal?

Enjoy the car; stop worrying about normal noise and winter tire noise... I sat in your car last weekend and I explained that all the "noise and vibration" you describe is "NORMAL"!

I really wouln't worry about all this small vibrations you seem to be feeling. Remember you're in another part of the world with different roads and climates. The vehicle will react differently than what your normally used to. Enjoy the car, its great for what it is

It's missing capitals, periods and apostrophes. Also, there are a couple of spelling mistakes and he should have used an article as the first word rather than a possessive pronoun.
