Any setting hot or cold, A/C or no A/C, blower fan is making an annoying ticking sound. A quick Google showed maybe a leaf or other debris is stuck in there? Is there an easy way to access the blower fan to check? Would this be expensive for a dealer to fix if the blower fan just needs to be cleaned out?

I had a bee fly into my vent and it started doing the same thing. I just put my blower on high for awhile and it stopped. No problems since.

no easy access to the blower... you have to take off the wipers, wiper linkages, the plastic cowl panel, and the cowl panel frame (part of the firewall).. it's half a day's job

best would be to go to the passenger side floor. pull the side cover off. pull the cabin filter out. and see if there is any dirt or debris there. if so clean it up. if you still have a noise. i would get it looked at asap. i have seen mice end up in there and they dont last for long.. . nuts from chipmunks get down there and destroy the blower fins.
