Help! Eonon iPod screen shows black

I just installed an eonon head unit in my 05 hatch, and everytime I use the iPod screen, all I get is a black screen that reads "do not watch while driving" is there a way to bypass this? Or do I need to check wiring or anything of the sort? Any help is appreciated!

There is a bypass. You need to go into advanced settings and disable the warning.
