Radio Time and ALC level reset issues - all of a sudden

Hi -

I have a 2005 Mazda 3 with 180,000km. All of a sudden, two things started happening when I shutoff the car...

1. Clock doesn't keep its time
2. ALC level which is usually set to level 3 gets reset to 'OFF'.

Car starts fine and the battery light/indicator is not on. Regardless, would this be a symptom of a faulty (or soon to be faulty) battery?

There is an fuse underneath the hood that supplies power to the radio even when the car is off to keep the time and setting. Can't remember the name of the fuse right now, but I would check if that fuse is blown.
