The "best" is hard to define. Also are you willing to spend $300-$500 on a kit ?
If not perhaps check with our sponsor Imports Tuning, they offer good quality in the ~$100 price range.

i always use ~$40 kits from DDMtuning.com

never had a problem with them. and all the ones ive bought, for 3 differnet cars, lasted longer than the $300 Prolumen set i originally had in my mazda.

i still swear by the phillips polarion kits
8+ years and counting, never had an issue with a ballast, or a bulb, but its in the 5-600 dollar range

Lots of love for Polarion Philips kit. Mine is going on over 8 years as well.

I don't think they sell them anymore?

garage16 has kits in the $80 range, they are just basic kits, but all the same if ya know how to make the wiring look good
