City employee's in Tel Aviv paint a handicapped sign under a legally parked vehicle, ticket and tow away. Story goes that they call the owner a liar when she complains and fine her for the infraction. She then gets a copy of the security feed showing city employee's paint a handicapped sign under the car and proceed to ticket and tow away. Video is now viral. Apology and refund follow.
