Abuse of power. The Girl was in front of a video camera, in a Jail that was miles away from the court room. She also had no attorney with her to do the speaking for her. The judge got but hurt and decided to make her bail higher. If she had been in the court room with an attorney, none of that would have happened.

Really because if you listen her attorney is in the court room, she gets her charges from 26 counts down to 1.

All he did was raise her bail, something he has every right to do, then once she's used profanity to a court official all bets are off he can definitely charge her

Wow...Definitely deserved it. Hopefully she learns her lesson not to f* with a judge.

I feel like she deserves it, but damn is it ever scary to think that a judge has the power to destroy someone because they don't like them.
Think of a judge who happens to be racist, sexist, prejudiced in any way... The law should be black and white, regardless of how well mannered you are..

She deserved it. Can't be so disrespectful. Judge may have got his "feelings" hurt, but that beyootch needed a good lesson.

But on the plus side MTV will somehow make her a reality star.
