So I recently purchased headlights and i tell all about it in one of my other posts. I needed some work done to wire them in and change components over and it involves AE and HIDs so I was told to ask McGuyver.
I did and he seemed very willing and competent. I agreed to this price and messaged him back as to what time or place? No response. I messaged him again just to ask if he had recieved my message and that I wanted to know if he could still do it and nothing back still... I know he's been on the forums quite a bit since I started messaging him because he's posted lots.
I'm just curious as to why he hasn't responded. I even said all I needed was a confirmation that he could do the work or a pass if he couldn't. I don't mean to hate or be rude I just think it's rather disrespectful thats all. Although I may not have all the information so I would like to reserve judgement. Either way I need the work done hence the post.

I need someone to do the work mentioned in my other thread who's competent and can do it in the next couple of weeks.
I can come to Toronto if need be.
To sum up...
1. I need my TSX projectors moved from one headlight housing to the other
2. I need the ballasts and wiring all switched over and hooked up for AE's and HID's
3. AE's are already installed and HID's are already running on the car it's just the wires and TSX projector would have to be switched to the other headlight housing (the one with AE's) as it is in better condition
4. Complete indy fog mod and install ice blue led fog lights
5. Reseal both headlights upon completion and obviously would have to bake both headlights open in the first place

For more details see my other thread. ---> http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/showthread.php?69291-HID-Angel-Eyes-Headlight-Swap-HELP-PREESE
PM me with a price and location and date or questions if you have them. I would prefer to watch/learn while the work is done if thats at all possible. Thanks!

McGuyver is just a really busy guy. If you can wait a little Im sure he will get back to you at some point. Im sure there are a few more ppl on the forums that are able to do this as well.
You also have to remember he does this on the side, so every service he does is in his spare time only. McGuyver has done my installs and is worth the wait.

Ya I kinda got that vibe. It's just it's been over a week and he's had time to post on the forum just not time to send a response indicating when/where or even that he's willing to do it? Do you know anyone else who's willing? That's kind of the point. I'm not going to wait a month or two months for this install.

Just trying to help but if you're willing to do the work yourself:

Bumper removal:

Headlight removal:
http://krystmsgarage.com/?p=20

Headlight disassembly:
http://krystmsgarage.com/?p=20

TSX retro install:

Since you basically want to transfer parts from headlight "A" to headlight "B", the above guides should help you out.

Nice that's amazing man! Thanks! I would def. be willing to attempt it I'm just very nervous with the actual wiring... I will read through these threads though and find some wiring ones and maybe you're right I could just do it myself! :)
Thanks !

Oh and maybe if I have difficulty after I've transfered the parts I will contact hyperion.
