Hello
I was driving around today and my 2006 Mazda 3 GT (auto) started lurching and the dash light that show the gears would turn off at the same time. Happened for a couple minutes then went away. Should I be worried about the transmission going. It has already gone once and I am worried it will happen again. I do all services regularly though the dealership since I am not handy with cars.
I have already replaced the transmission a couple years ago and refuse to again. Last time Mazda told me you have to expect a transmission to go after 150,000 km. I thinks that bull, my last car a 1999 GrandAm died after 300,000 kms.
